If you cannot locate the new account email:

  1. Verify with your local that the email address set for you is correct. 
  2. In your email account, search for the phrase "New user account" to locate the email. Be sure to search in your Spam folder too.
  3. If you cannot locate the email, follow the steps below to reset your password.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to your local's instance of Moodle. Most locals follow the same pattern: https://local#.iuoentf.training.
  2. Click "Login" at the top right.
  3. Click the "Forgot Password?" link.
  4. Enter your email address into the form.
  5. Click "Submit".

If there is an account in the system associated with the entered email address, you will be sent a link to reset your password.
