The TML has a Student File Sharing feature, that will enable teachers to share documents, files, and information quickly and easily, in a secured internal cloud-based environment for a specific pre-determined time.

- File sharing is through a link provided by the teacher, which is emailed to the students
- The student only has access to the file that is shared by the teacher
- The shared link access is date and time-sensitive, which is set by the teacher.
