Enable this feature to automatically notify learners when they are enrolled in a specific Moodle course.
How to Enable:
- Go to the course page.
- Click Participants in the navigation menu.
- Click Enrolled users and then select Enrollment Methods from the dropdown menu.
- In the Manual Enrollments row, click the pencil or gear cog.
- From here, you can customize the notification that goes out to participants.

Important:
If no one is enrolled with the Teacher role, Moodle will not send the enrollment notification.
To ensure the email sends:
- Set the From address to the no-reply email.
- If left blank or tied to a missing Teacher role, the email will not send.
